webdriver-install VS slang-v2

There's https://github.com/phansch/webdriver-install, but it doesn't seem to be well maintained.

Publishing release binaries for webdriver-install, a yet to be properly announced Rust library/CLI for installing webdrivers

I started a new side-project last week that I want to 'finish' up until the end of the month: webdriver-install. It allows you to easily install different webdrivers for testing and/or usage in your application. I've already got `geckodriver` and `chromedriver` installation working on Linux and Windows. The next steps include MacOS support, finalizing the API and then a CLI. (`iedriver` and `edgedriver` support is planned as well)

Some of the design choices here might be a little strange, but I tried to explain them in comments. It runs quite fast (as expected since it only supports one datatype), and I've written a really rudimentary janky compiler for it. I plan on writing a more fleshed out compiler that takes advantage of all of its features whenever I have time.
