I just flashed https://github.com/edgd1er/voenabler/releases/tag/v1.8 In magisk and it enabled wifi calling . You will need root for it maybe someone can find a way to do it without root?

If you want it so bad you can root it and try this magisk module to enable VoLTE https://github.com/edgd1er/voenabler
  • VoLTE/VoWiFi on custom ROM(s)?

I tried dialing codes like *#*#86583#*#* but no difference. I also tried installing a VoEnabler Magisk module, but that didn't help either. Lastly, I tried adding "ims" to the APN type, still nothing.
  • WiFi calling on AT&T

OK, I may found a solution. I've been in the Apple subsytem for the last 2.5 years and just now moved back to Android. Through research I followed these steps for the Moto G 5G Plus * Root ( I used the Magisk method since its the only one with clear steps for my phone) * Installed the module voenabler * After reboot there will be a toggle for WIFI calling * Entered Phone info mode: ##4636## and enabled Mobile Radio Power I've been doing all sorts of stuff for the past couple of days but only found out about #4 an hour ago and after I did it, it just worked. Good luck to you!
