psvita savegames
savemgr is the default way, it dumps unencrypted saves so you can even use them on other systems.

H-encore and VitaDeploy won’t copy
I don't think it works via wifi. Though you can install the bitter smile exploit (hencore2) manually and that will work via wifi/usb
