Looking for some glitch software
ACID is a simple but fun video synth I just learned about and downloaded. I also use r_e_c_u_r on a raspberry pi to process video.

Which Video Mixer to buy?
I didn't do RecurBOY. I just built a raspberry pi with screen and enclosure and loaded the recur from here. I also had to buy the usb keypad. This was my first try at anything Raspberry PI and I figured it out so I'm sure anybody can!

[USA-WA] Case for raspberry pi
I’m building a video instrument out of a raspberry pie following a guide from GitHub. I tried getting the stl files printed from makexyz and was disappointed in what was delivered, so I’m turning to this sun. I’d like to get the case printed in white - a really clean color for electronics IMO. Here’s the bottom and the top of the case

How to get started
There is also this r_e_c_u_r raspberry pi based project: https://github.com/langolierz/r_e_c_u_r I plan to build on and try it out, but it seems pretty cool.

lullaby of singing alarms
If you’re looking for something compact to play video samples and run shaders I’d recommend r_e_c_u_r which is yet another rpi device that runs clips from a usb jump drive. It also has shaders with editable parameters. It can run simultaneous clips and mix them in various ways too. I just built mine and I’m having a blast with it too. There’s more to it that I haven’t figured out yet and there’s a bit of a learning curve to operation but it’s a cheap video sampler that came in way more handy than I thought it would.
