I don't recall seeing any formal announcements by stabillity[dot]ai or its founder on this Twitter account, but this organization is apparently involved in this space. As an example, stability[dot]ai has been credited for providing compute here.

Were you aware Rivers & namespace already did an anime diffusion model, and are training a new one?

DDIM and PLMS were the original samplers. They were part of Latent Diffusion's repository. They stand for the papers that introduced them, Denoising Diffusion Implicit Models and Pseudo Numerical Methods for Diffusion Models on Manifolds.
