What are some good resources for learning modern (qt6, c++17/20) qt-flavored c++?
Not everyone follows the same naming in classes or directory structure as the Qt repositories. I do like qtmpl, which is a template made by a former Qt developer, and which is very similar if not identical to most Qt-project repos in many ways (but without using private APIs). You can also give a chance to some other 3rd party project.

Small boilerplate for Qt-based application
I personally like qtmpl, which contains also the directories for the unit tests, manual and automatic, benchmarks, helper library, build for widgets and quick, etc.
What are some alternatives?
When comparing utility-boilerplate-qt and qtmpl you can also consider the following projects:
cmake-examples - Useful CMake Examples
cmake-cookbook - CMake Cookbook recipes.
cmake-init - Template for reliable, cross-platform C++ project setup using cmake.
QMPlay2 - QMPlay2 is a video and audio player which can play most formats and codecs.
SObjectizer - SObjectizer: it's all about in-process message dispatching!
qxmpp - Cross-platform C++ XMPP client and server library
alias - Productivity app for accessing content (commands, text, etc) (super) fast content using tags.
qimgv - Image viewer. Fast, easy to use. Optional video support.
FractalCryptGUI - Free cross-platform deniable encryption cryptoarchiver
concurrent-queue - Thread-safe queue tested with Google Test, calculates Taxicab Numbers
