How do you install unnamed sdvx clone on Mac?
Type git clone https://github.com/Drewol/unnamed-sdvx-clone.git and press enter. This will download the game source code and assets from GitHub.

Trying to understand the initial money/time investment getting into SDVX on PC
To start for players that don't have the money to buy a subscription and about $500-600 USD total for all of the song packs, most people will play simulators like K-ShootMania and USC. You can play plenty of custom songs from the community, and songs people replicate/convert from the arcade to be played on sims where you can download here. Grey area discussions aside, this is a good way to play SDVX and where most of us started because of accessibility.

Etterna - "Etterna is a community developed version of StepMania 5 specifically made with keyboard players in mind", another fork of stepmania 5, while it will support your sm5 charts, themes might make use of deprecated functions which are no longer supported.

What are some good "blood-pumping" games?
Any good rhythm game fits all these criteria. Osu is easy to set up, though I’d personally recommend Stepmania (either Project OutFox or Etterna) which has better gameplay settings. If you have the patience to get it all set up, BMS is my favorite “difficult, yet rewarding” game out there.

Ok so strangest Sfw thing for stress relief?
I love playing a really difficult game to de-stress. Like Ikaruga or a hard song on Etterna, a free rhythm game. It takes so much of my attention that it sort of resets my stress levels and gives me some catharsis. They are also super short, so it can be done quickly if needed.
