Stars - the number of stars that a project has on GitHub. Growth - month over month growth in stars.
Activity is a relative number indicating how actively a project is being developed. Recent commits have higher weight than older ones.
For example, an activity of 9.0 indicates that a project is amongst the top 10% of the most actively developed projects that we are tracking.

When developing for VR, how do you decide if you'll go for HTC or Oculus?
You can definitely make a start with VR development in Unreal, I would imagine with your experience it wouldn’t be too difficult to pick up. In regards to headsets, it all depends on if you want to develop for standalone or PCVR. There’s a huge difference between the two in terms of performance and available features. Rig a mesh to my leap motion tracked hands
Here is the current manual process for rigging hands. This will soon be superseded by a new method for rigging hands and whilst it's not currently released you can see a bit more information about this new method here. :)
