Best R packages for plotting sequencing data
I would suggest BentoBox (https://github.com/PhanstielLab/BentoBox). It is an upgraded package by the creators of sushi designed to do exactly what you want. It is still in development, but vignettes and tutorials are coming soon. In fact, there is going to be a talk tomorrow (01/21/21) at rstudio::global about it at 1pm (eastern U.S time).
