Progress. I spend the same amount of time destroying shit as i do creating it. Been removing tacky/excessive color from buildings. or removing the entire building themselves and replacing them. Added a lot more buildings. gonna remove the road i tried to make with color foundations.
To do massive building, you could use TownShell, it's a toolbox for Townscaper that allows you to change the color of many houses at a time and delete many blocks using keyboard shortcuts and other stuffs

Is there a way to continuously place blocks ?
You can use Townshell :https://github.com/mokojm/townshell If your computer is on Windows. It has keyboard shortcuts. For example, pressing "Space" will continiously build blocks or pressing "C" will remove them

‘Trojan Source’ Bug Threatens the Security of All Code
This doesn't feel particularly new either? Isn't it pretty much a new variant of https://github.com/reinderien/mimic ?
Which, if one is suspicious of code, can be defeated in vim with: set encoding=latin1
