Installing a new custom Android ROM was never that easy, thanks to OpenAndroidInstaller (Flatpak coming soon)!
I don't see why it shouldn't. But currently I cannot find a TWRP image for it which is currently required for the installer. Do you have more info about the phone? Feel free to open an issue on github, so this can be tracked: https://github.com/openandroidinstaller-dev/openandroidinstaller/issues
