How do I create a fake wifi server to collect data?
https://github.com/trevalkov/tinnyHook Just use the server part, create the frontend you want and it collects data. I wrote it to collect on get request for root path on the website But you can change that easily to work on something else similar

Shameless self plug: I wrote something similar for anything that uses Arduino's Keyboard library. Might be useful if you want to use (cheap clones of) the Sparkfun pro micro or similar, instead of the Digispark.
What are some alternatives?
