Are cleaning programs worth using?
also if you have games installed i would use TikiOne Steam Cleaner which will scan your game folders for directx redistributable files - these are unnecessarily taking up space since they are likely already installed and come packaged with a lot of games and could be eating up space on your drive(s)

What are good cleaning practices to keep my OS running smoothly?
if you have a bunch of games installed (steam, gog, origin, etc) TikiOne Steam Cleaner can automatically detect unnecessary folders with redistributables packed into them, which take up space and are probably already installed anyways. can save you several GBs of space

What is that "other files" and how I can move it/delete it?
Lots of games have a directx installer downloaded too and don't delete it. Check out tikione steam cleaner

I have some questions
1-) I'm using Release v6.0.3.0 · stax76/mpv.net · GitHub this version of mpv but there is a minor issue for me. How can i get rid of this bar on the middle of screen or at least minimazile?

LPT: Open VLC and drag a youtube link to it. It'll play in VLC (with all the capabilities of VLC), and it'll skip ads.
Like I mentioned in my initial comment, mpv.net adds a UI and makes mpv lot easier to use.

There is also mpv.net for Windows which is compatible with mpv configurations and settings. You can also change the osd for regular mpv or mpv.net too. I use MordenX.
