I'm tired of Microsoft forcibly restarting and crashing my computer to "update it" despite my settings. I want to look into Linux.
There are tools for Linux for undervolting, but they are all commandline. This might be a dealbreaker for you, but is really not that bad. For many folks, it's much simpler than all the clicking. The tools are throttlestop for linux and undervolt.

Windows Spy Blocker = This will add a bunch of Windows IP addresses to your Windows Firewall. The basic settings should not impede functionality. It should also allow you to switch ntp (how Windows sets it's Clock) to more open alternatives.
