Have you tried Termux? I currently use my old Xperia with a broken screen as a "server", but it can actually be used like this: https://github.com/adi1090x/termux-desktop (I haven't tried, since I don't need to)

You can try your luck with termux, it can run a linux desktop environment. However for running docker you'll need to run VM

termux-setup-storage and you're gonna get a "storage" folder in your home directory. It's actually not a folder but a symlink(Simply like a shortcut).
