I use termdown on Linux. I have a standing desk, and I prefer a cycle of standing for 10 minutes, followed by 20 minutes of sitting.

I am sorry if my replies caused some confusion. My idea seem to work on single lines only, not on multiple lines output like figlet does. Maybe have a look at specialized software that generates animations out of ascii art: https://github.com/octobanana/asciimation
