I hear people are using the version at github (current version but "Under development" for years). So may be worth giving a try as I would guess the most basic functionality is probably there.

Headless Chrome with https://github.com/chrome-php/chrome works best for me. All native packages have it's quirks sadly.

An interview task I was given for a PHP role. After reporting back that the DVLA website responds with a 403 error, i was told to think of other solutions? Any suggestions?
