Has anyone here migrated their data off of Adidas/Runtastic?
There are a few services for copying, not sure which support Runtastic. Try Tapiriik https://tapiriik.com/ Or SyncMyTracks. https://www.syncmytracks.com/

How to transfer all Garmin activities to Strava?
I use https://tapiriik.com to keep a few different sports apps I use in sync. It works great for a 1 time transfers as well as a continuous sync (with donation). I highly recommend the tool, and to support them if you think it is useful.

Why doesn’t strava buy up the “strava sauce” plug-in for the web browser and incorporate everything in as a part of their paid subscription? Very interesting from the data analytics side. Seems like a super easy way for them to add value for paying customers. Link for reference…
Fair question. You can download data from strava or use a service like https://tapiriik.com to sync work outs between platforms. I used with success about 6 years ago to move all my data from runkeeper to strava.

Syncing Wahoo to Garmin Connect (ELEMNT BOLT/ROAM)
While this isn't specific to activities initially created by a Wahoo device; I've had success with both https://www.fitnesssyncer.com/ and https://tapiriik.com in synchronising data between services.

They do have indoor rowing on strava. I use my garmin for it. You can also use the strava app to record "workout" since it's not listed as a specific activity. https://tapiriik.com/ is also a great way to sync activities across platforms.

Automatically sync with Garmin
I'm always looking at https://tapiriik.com/ hoping coros will be added
- Does anyone have a Mac Script to run to speed up the process of downloading FIT files from Strava to export to TP (so as to include HR data)?

Duplicity
I used this many, many years ago but switched to Borg[0] about five years ago. Duplicity required full backups with incremental deltas, which meant my backups ended up using too much disk space. Borg lets you prune older backups at will, because of chunk tracking and deduplication there is no such thing as an incremental backup.

What do you use for VPS backup? Would improved borg setup - pull mode - be enough? Or, do you use something else?
Currently, I'm auto-backing it up with borg (push mode) through wireguard tunnel to NAS behind ISP's CGNAT. The borg takes care of deduplication in SQL file, so incremental update (even in append-only mode) is very small for PostgreSQL dump.

Kopia: Open-Source, Fast and Secure Open-Source Backup Software
Borg 2 has been in development for nearly a year and a half [1] and may probably be released early next year, i.e., early 2024 (just a guess, seeing that even RC1 is not yet released and seems to have a lot of work to be done).
Does anyone know how Borg 1.x and 2 would compare to Kopia?
