Pinned post for common resources/problems/solutions?
I am just wondering whether it will be beneficial to have a pinned post with not only resources (e.g. the official System76 support page which many have ignored or simply don't know about!!, custom theme, snapshot support (timeshift, snapper), etc.) but also troubleshooting flowcharts/categories with common problems and potential fixes.

Same ^ I switched my gaming / streaming PC over last year and haven't had a single issue (that I didn't create myself, lol). It's a remarkably solid OS. Remember you can also open a support ticket if you'd like someone from System76 to try and help determine what's causing the fans to spin up more than you expect. Another regression is that KeePassX/C AutoType doesn't work with Wayland, so now instead of a simple CTRL+V in KeePassXC, I have to separately copy and paste the user and the pass.

That's really a shame, I know keepassxc has (recently) added support for passkeys, but does it also support import/exporting them? I only found this comment[0] in the github issue.
