Moving to the Sway/Waybar from i3/Polybar
You need to load the xresources thing before you load sway. there are basic color themes. I use this script to convert hex values to background colors. You can find color schemes over at https://terminal.sexy/ or github or wherever -- paste the hex in and you've got your colors ready to be assigned under Format > Theme
