Trying To Hackintosh But Im Stucked Here
If you're still using clover, I suggest making the switch to OpenCore. I was trying to do the same thing on my T450 and clover bootloader had so many issues with my thinkpad. Switched to using opencore and it booted on the first try. You might want to do some googling to find a suitable EFI for the T440p though. Here's a repo. There might be more but I just googled and copied the first link to an EFI.

Hackintosh v3 upgrade to OpenCore complete! i7-9700k + Radeon 5700 XT dual booting macOS Big Sur and Windows 10.
