Downgrade iPhone 6s on ios 15.7.3 without shsh?
Use Sunst0rm https://github.com/mineek/sunst0rm It will require a computer and some dependencies and the latest shsh (you can always get with blobsaver) that you can get right now, the ipsw you want to downgrade (check the compatibility list). You can easily find a tutorial.

[Question] IPhone 6 Downgrade
Also, I reckon you are bound by SEP compatibility and, due to that, the earliest version you could downgrade tethered to using sunst0rm is 11.4 if memory serves me right.

[Question] Moving from old jailbroken iOS to iOS 14/15
By the way, I found this: https://github.com/Samgisaninja/SuccessionRestore but I don't know if that would also erase the data that restored from the backup, like SMS and so on.

[Question] ip5s iOS 9.3.3 Kok3shi JB how to fix this? I have some tweaks installed, they are working but not showing in cydia and when updating cydia packages it throws up those errors and "DPKG_LOCKED". I don't want to fully restore ofc.
I've had a similar problem on my iPhone 5s on iOS 9.2 Follow steps 1 and 2 of this guide to get MobileTerminal up and running. Maybe then you can use dpkg from the commandline to (re)install the essential packages needed for Cydia which will hopefully get Cydia working. If it doesn't, use dpkg from the command line to install Succession using this deb and reinstall iOS 9.3.3. Then you can rejailbreak (try Pangu933 this time) and hopefully it should work well.

[Discussion] Do not use Succession if you jailbroke with Unc0ver+Fugu14.
However if someone really wanted to, succession is open source and the part that probably needs fixing is the exclusion list But from what I’ve seen the untether has “restore rootfs via boot-arg” built in, so I think a dedicated wipe tool is unnecessary.
