I know a few people who use streetmerchant. Seems to be a pretty powerful tool that can already monitor many stores out of the box.

Same, I was lucky to get my 3070 FE from BestBuy. Even had to use a bot just to tell me that something was available (it does NOT auto buy, it just tells me when its available).

If you have an understanding of coding you could try and use Street Merchant to set up your own in-stock tracker.

I'd recommend setting up SmokePing or Vaping to get a better idea of latency and connectivity.
