streamdeck-dcs-interface VS Helios

What is the integration called? I'm using the default interface from https://github.com/enertial/streamdeck-dcs-interface

The Stream Deck is remarkably easy to configure and even more useful if you use this plug-in. I use the plug-in to reflect switch states and echo instrument and display values to a physical button.

I wonder if anyone can help with initial setup of this?

I use DCS Interface for Stream Deck for the DCS/Stream Deck communication. The main buttons I use are A/A, A/G, RWR and jettison controls but have many others setup as well. You can use images from the many Hornet Stream Deck profiles shared in the DCS user files.

On the Stream Deck, I'm using Streamdeck DCS Interface so the sky is the limit. You can create a button for just about anything you want. I've got just about all of the important panels for the A10 at my disposal. I use it mainly for the Up Front Controller but I've got all 3 radios, navigation mode selects, counter measures panel and a bunch more stuff.

Helios is a utility I use to arrange monitors, export airframe-specific displays, and generate LUAs. There is a bit of learning curve, but works great for my 4 monitor (1 main, 1 “cockpit” with exported displays, 1 kneeboard, and 1 external) setup. I always bring this up when MFDs are discussed: you can use Helios with a touch screen display for a much simpler experience. I use a portable 15" monitor for my setup.
