  • How to visualize 3 way interaction? Trouble with adding rawdata to ggpredict plot (using ggeffects package and ggplot2)
    1 project | /r/RStudio | 16 Dec 2022
As an alternative, I have also tried this with ggplot2 (below), using these instructions https://github.com/strengejacke/ggeffects/issues/110. However, I cannot get this to work when using the geom_point argument. I get the error "Continuous value supplied to discrete scale". I suspect this has to do with my use of gender groupings.

Is there a reason why ggeffects or marginaleffects packages are not working for you?
  • How to Plot Marginal Effects for Panel Data?
    1 project | /r/Rlanguage | 9 Sep 2021
I'm trying to plot marginal effects for an interaction using panel data but I am running into issues. PLM is not compatible with ggeffects or sjPlots as of rights now (https://github.com/strengejacke/ggeffects/issues/121). Neither is it compatible with the "margins" package. The "lfe" package is not compatible with either. I cannot run the model using lm() with LSDVs because the dataset is so large that the process overwhelms my ram (I get an error message: "cannot allocate a vector of size XX"). Does anyone have any suggestions on how to proceed?
