Activity is a relative number indicating how actively a project is being developed. Recent commits have higher weight than older ones.
For example, an activity of 9.0 indicates that a project is amongst the top 10% of the most actively developed projects that we are tracking.

I built a working version of the christmas lights from stranger things
Thanks! The lights are two strands of 12 volt WS2812 LEDs, and they're controlled by a Raspberry Pi Zero running some custom code I wrote.

See my LEDarcade reacting to streaming events. Took a lot of work, but was well worth it.
In the upper left hand corner on the shelf, you can see the LEDarcade clock react to bits being thrown in the stream. A running man animation on a starry background. Parallax scrolling, multiple sizes of text. Build using pyTwitchAPI and TwitchIO (python libraries) to handle twitch. Flask to receive the webhook data.
