I just released v2.0.0 of airspotbot, my open source Twitter bot for reporting aircraft activity from ADS-B Exchange
airspotbot is a bot designed to provide simple, flexible way to report interesting aircraft activity in a designated area via Twitter posts. It is built in Python and uses the ADS-B exchange API. airspotbot is designed to be extremely configurable, so it can be used to monitor diverse kinds of activity. It has some other cool features, such as automatically generating map screenshots, reverse geocoding and custom descriptions/images.
