Signal added support for animated webp stickers silently?

- apng lossy compression is not well supported by Python modules, ffmpeg and ImageMagick. Big shout out to the that repo I found, I learnt that there are multiple external programs (apngdis, apngasm, pngnq-s9, pngquant, optipng) that can be used for handling and compressing apng.

Any WORKING way to import sticker from telegram?
Hi I am maintainer of this repo , If you want to convert a stickerpack into Signal's you can use the guide in the repo, although this requires a lot of settings on your system. In case there's specific stickerpack in your mind that you want you can DM me here or Signal ( number in repo's readme)

I am owner of repo ,that has been there was quite a while and It was my pack only that they have used in comparison to their stickerpacks , Their pack seems quite superior when compared to FPS
