Is there a way to add another launchers libraries to steam?
Steam already has that feature way way before even others were a thing back then. It's https://help.steampowered.com/en/faqs/view/4B8B-9697-2338-40EC and to do this in a shortcut, you can use https://www.steamgriddb.com/manager to import your "installed" games from other launchers.

[Guide] Getting a PS5 controller to work with Steam/Non-Steam games
for Epic and the rest: I would use https://www.steamgriddb.com/manager (or https://github.com/WombatFromHell/OriginSteamOverlayLauncher) for this sort of stuff...but it may be reliable for certain games (aka Call of Duty Warzone).

It Takes Two
There is also this manager which is made for many launchers to be easy to import into steam. I've never used it personally and don't know if it's made for steam input in mind.

Anyone know some good Steam Github programs?
Will take the chance for a shameless plug: If you're a Linux Steam user (or plan to be sometime in the future), and want a straightforward way to manage your libraries (or backup them, or even have them shared in an NTFS drive), feel free to try my steamlibmanager script. Hope Gitlab counts :)

Accessing steam library (NTFS) through steam linux
The good news is that I automated this procedure long ago, here you can get my script. Simply pass your NTFS library folder as a parameter (although, I really recommend not to use your main Steam Windows library, but a secondary one).
