Check https://github.com/stars/manna-harbour/lists/36-keys, but I don't remember one with a closed case. Still, I can't imagine open cases breaking easily. Also you could ask u/Beheddard if he's planning a closed case for dometyl / choctyl sometime.

Creating a custom 36 key split gergoplex / ferris sweep style board?
Here's a list of open source 3x5+3 keyboards. Many are choc spaced. Some are also diodeless, but that limits your choice of MCU and ability to mod. Diodes aren't difficult to solder, and SMD turns out to be easier to deal with than TH.

So, purely out of my own needs, and since the Sweep doesn't quite cover that, I'd love a 3W6 or a Roost. Or even a Rae-dux.

I believe this build requires diodes as the last pin from the n!n that would allow for diodeless seems to be taken up by the trrs connector. You would be looking for wireless-only PCBs like the rae-dux (though the design hasn't been tested yet; PCBs are still on their way to the creator) or the Roost
