    Split 36-key keyboard

  • More-or-less built this exactly as specified in the Chocofi repo. PCB’s and case were both fabbed by JLCPCB, with the case being done with black nylon MJF. Turnaround time for fabrication was around a week and a half, so pretty speedy! Everything else on the board is pretty standard (parts from boardsource and mkultra with Choc Silver switches and MBK white keycaps).

  • I believe this build requires diodes as the last pin from the n!n that would allow for diodeless seems to be taken up by the trrs connector. You would be looking for wireless-only PCBs like the rae-dux (though the design hasn't been tested yet; PCBs are still on their way to the creator) or the Roost
