if yes then you can use camenduru's github repository, here is the link, you can read the guide there. With it, you don't need to use your local device to run stable diffussion but using google colab intead

Civitai to colab?
Another alternative is to use TLB Colab: https://github.com/TheLastBen/fast-stable-diffusion This Colab install the Stable Diffusion files in your Google drive, including the models. Then, if you install this extension: https://github.com/camenduru/sd-civitai-browser you will be able to search the content of CivitAi, and the download of the model will be done to your Google drive.

How can I run CivitAi models in Google Colab?
If you use Automatic1111 you can install this extension, but this is a fork and I'm not sure if it will be maintained, because the CivitAi API has changed: https://github.com/camenduru/sd-civitai-browser
