I stopped using my torrent client and started running AMD - Automated Music Downloader. https://github.com/RandomNinjaAtk/docker-amd . This will look at your missing songs in lidarr and download them and import them.

I found a cool plugin for Lidarr a while ago that acts as an indexer / downloader but actually utilises the Deemix api in the backend. Works really well and use that occasionally if I want to arbitrarily download an artist’s discography.
