What is the latest version of ReVanced that doesn't have this problem? Will it be fixed soon?
If you do want to go back and use old patches, you'd need to patch with patches version 2.177.0 and integration version 0.110.0. And you would need to use one of the advanced patching methods to do so.

My current situation
Download the latest stable Revanced Integrations build to your working directory from https://github.com/revanced/revanced-integrations/releases/latest (Unfold the Assets list for the release and download the APK file, you don't need the source bundles)
- Problem with revanced cli: Integrations did not succeed previously
