The source one v5 instructions?
If you go here: https://github.com/tbs-trappy/source_one You will see more pictures as well as the packaging of the V4.(aka instructions) The V5 is the same except the arms are thicker.

Should I use my spare time at work to cut aluminum frames on our water-jet? Say yes
Do it. here's some blueprints of source one to get you going.

Should I go with the TBS Source One or TBS Source One v3 for 5" freestyle?
The Source One HD is the Source One V4. I haven't had any trouble with it so far, but I wish the arms were a bit thicker. Instead I now just carry a spare in my backpack instead. (It took a lot to break it though, video should be in my post history)

Best mount for gopro 9 for a tbs source on frame? Can’t find one anywhere
Ah too bad. You can check compatibility here and look for other version models https://github.com/tbs-trappy/source_one. This one looks pretty good to me https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4050847/comments

Sanity check my build please
Are you planning on designing and cutting the frame yourself? I would recommend checking out the TBS Source One frame. It's an open source frame with a github repo and everything. https://github.com/tbs-trappy/source_one

Using ELRS Happy Model ES24TX-Lite with X-Lite/ Pro
For those willing to semi DIY it (which most in this hobby are), here's my solution to getting X-Lite to accept HappyModel ES24TX-Lite. I 3d printed this case (https://github.com/ExpressLRS/ExpressLRS-Hardware/tree/master/PCB/2400MHz/TX_SX1280_Slimmer) You'll need to do a little modification after this is printed. You'll need to cut/break off the 2 post of the screws near the top of the module, this helps the module sit lower in the case. You'll also need to break off the back where the module pins will be.
