Hear me out : A Mission/Combo Trial mode but the inputs are displayed as a rhythm game
that reminds me of Dance Dance Sensei. although it doesn't support every game it's pretty cool for the ones it does. I also remember trying out soupTrainer and that does kinda the same thing but I didn't like it as much as Dance Dance Sensei.

I remember seeing a fighting game combo trainer that looked a lot like Dance Dance Revolution, but I can't find it anymore. I found Souptrainer but that's not the one I'm looking for.

A look at some of the common complaints that frequent fighting game discourse
While it doesn't include the rumble, I know some games like Blazblue can feature a musical ding when it comes to combos and motion controls. There's fanmade software that can do it in games that don't have it called EddieInput. All only restricted to training mode, however.

Eddienput is a really neat programmable Xinput wrapper, I use this for TAS stuff with Marvel 3 but you might be able to get some use out of it!
