There's a tool that prevents Social Club notifications. It's been reported that it also protects you from being forced out of your own session. this program will not get you banned, same with SessionSweeper, it basically freezes your game for 5 seconds then everyone leaves your game + it comes with a firewall and only allows friends who are also running SessionSweeper to join
