I'm using a utility called CoffeeBean for this as we speak. I have 12 computers I need to keep logged in so our AV installers can route the monitors properly, and we have a 15 minute lockout. I'm an admin for these computers but I still can't change the policy for the lockout limit, so I'm working around it. Link here: https://github.com/PolarGoose/CoffeeBean
