SmartTwitchTV. https://github.com/fgl27/smarttv-twitch This one is the most challenging to download, but works the best. Admittedly never done the Android TV version, but have done the Samsung version twice. Follow the instructions on the github very carefully.

Twitch on Samsung TV Fix (App gone from store)
The process to install it is a bit involved, but I use the app smarttv-twitch and it works incredibly well, better than any official Twitch app on Android TV, Xbox, PS4, etc. Once you install it once, it can update itself and you don't need to mess with anything to keep it running.

Wich is the best cross platform framework to devwlop smart tv app(tizen & webos)
Well, I managed to create some apps for webos but don't have so much experience in tizen (don't have samsung tv) . As I know you must create certs and the development process is unclear for tizen. On the other hand, bundle app for WebOS is pretty straight forward. You can take a look at this project: https://github.com/raphamorim/react-tv maybe you can be more familiar with the overall process.
