slang-shaders VS BezelProject

It's basically scalenx lv2 (that is, with a pixel detection radius of 2) but with a bunch of additional rules for pixels that should *not* be smoothed. Yeah, there's another guy on this thread who's having the same issue. I suggested he try just downloading them from github (https://github.com/libretro/slang-shaders) and putting them in place manually.

z-fast is already in RetroArch, why do you want to download it again? Anyway you will need to download the zfast-crt.slangp file and also the files that are in the shaders/zfast_crt/ folder. The easiest way is to download the entire repository as a ZIP file, extract and then use the necessary files (go to the repository, click on Code button and then Download ZIP).

I also like zfast-crt which is even lighter than fakelottes and makes games look good in a variety of emulated devices, from the NES to the SNES, N64 and even GameCube and Wii. However, it is currently having an issue that makes the image too dark when a setting is changed, so I switched to fakelottes.

Bezel project

My suggestion: use Retroarch with Bezel Project. Apply CRT shader in Retroarch.

The Dreamcast runs natively at a 4:3 aspect ratio, so if you play it on a 4:3 screen like the one on the RG405, it will take up the entire screen with no blank space. If you play a 4:3 game on a 16:9 display like those on the Odin or RP3+, there will be blank space on the left and right. By default, that takes the form of "black bars," but many emulator programs also allow you to use an image as a graphical "bezel," and can automatically scrape bezels from an online database with many system-specific or game-specific options.

I noticed lb/bb doesn't have built in bezel support, that's something that has to be done in MAME? How about saving High scores? Does BB have that or do I need that Mame plugin that earns it can interfere with game play sometimes? - https://github.com/thebezelproject/BezelProject will sort all your bezel needs and is very easy to set up. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iCZlU39_Md0 for High Scores in LB, although what version of Mame are you using? I thought High Scores were supported by default now, but could be wrong
