UC Berkeley Launches SkyPilot to Help Navigate Soaring Cloud Costs
I'm one of the creators of Skyplane. Skyplane can migrate large datasets between cloud regions at 10s of Gbps while compressing data to reduce egress fees. Happy to chime in!

AWS IP Ranges increase of 4,718,592 IPs
As part of my related repo, I'm now dumping out the raw data from the different cloud providers, so if you want, you can pull the raw google data. It's gzip compressed, so it'll take a little more work to get it, but Github does have a open CORS headers, so you can pull it from the page itself.
