First official release of Polykill!
Polykill is a cli tool for developers who want to save disk space by deleting dependencies and build artifacts from unused projects. It provides a consolidated interface for working with projects using any following languages / frameworks: Cargo, Node, Mix, .NET Core, Gradle, and other (see crates.io page for more details). Feel free to leave feedback on this post or create an issue on the github for feature requests!
