For example, an activity of 9.0 indicates that a project is amongst the top 10% of the most actively developed projects that we are tracking.

WXtoimg alternatives
Can also try SDRangel which has integrated satellite tracker, rotator controller, and does 3D map overlay.

Sdr angel (on Samsung galaxy s10 or some shit)
Try adding an issue with a screenshot here: https://github.com/f4exb/sdrangel/issues

NOAA 19 SDRangel APT.
Also, if you used the Satellite Tracker to start decoding, then you can open the 3D Map and have the image projected on to a 3D globe

Residential water meter - Community feedback is welcome
It's possible you do not even need a meter. You can often read the utilities meter https://github.com/wmbusmeters/wmbusmeters

Waterlink smart meters
The smartmeters installed by Waterlink in Flanders are Kamstrup Multical 21 and they broadcast every 96 seconds a wireless M-BUS message (on 868 MHz) with the latest data. It's easy enough to receive the messages thanks to wmbusmeters (and those of my neighbours, as well as messages from gas meters) but of course (and thankfully) they are encrypted. Users in Norway (or Sweden? I'm not sure anymore) seem to receive the ".kem" file corresponding to their meter that allows them to decrypt messages.
