I actually found something I used before that had all the options you're looking for OP, sd_web_ui_preset_utils which adds A lot of preset customization that you can just save each preset as the model's name.
- What's your favorite small tweaks to make? I'll go first
- I wasted tons of time at startup, until I set my defaults in Automatic1111 once and for all.

You might want to look into Model Preset manager, it's also available under the extensions tab in A1111 under the same name. I haven't used it so I'm not sure how many available options to 'preset' there are but it's description sounds like what you're looking for.
