Random IP pulling bandwidth from my website
Relatively new here, just wondering whether I should be worried. I started a Simple HTTP Server, sitting behind Nginx Proxy Manager and a password, so my friends can download things easily from my NAS. It's using OMV 6 as the OS.

I wrote this tiny wrapper Sauth[1] that has been a real life saver for delivering minor WIP stuff to clients who are not in the whole cloud ecosystem - just type in url and put in your credentials to see the latest files.

Migrating from LastPass to Bitwarden - opinions?
This sounds like an XY Problem. It sounds like you're missing a good IAP solution to deal with access controls. Something like oauth2_proxy, Keycloak, Pomerium, etc. Hell, I've even set up a basic IAP with Caddy and Oauth Portal.
What are some alternatives?
