What crate should I use for a TUI table of cells?
That's how I rendered the editable table of safecloser. I don't know if that might help you to have a look. The table scrolls up and down when you go near the top and bottom, and it handles variable height scrollable cells.

This looks promising! I'll give it a try and probably switch to it. Right now I'm using a https://github.com/dmulholl/ironclad. But it lacks the features you mentioned. Thanks for creating such a useful tool!
