I there a way to remap bixby but without showing flickering?
I removed bixby completely by using ADB using this guide, and I'm also using bxActions to remap buttons, and I don't have any flickering.

Yes, usually Universal SafetyNet Fix already does the trick, and sometimes (if you have root) MagiskHide Props Config is also required.
