Just want to point out the rustimport module. Pyo3 is already pretty easy, but it's disgusting how trivial it is to set up and use with rustimport.

Hi r/rust! We just open-sourced our sequence alignment toolkit, a performance-critical step in many natural language processing, bioinformatics and finance workflows. The main algorithmic logic is written in safe Rust with Python bindings from PyO3. I'm pretty new to Rust, so any feedback would be greatly appreciated -- thanks!
