The number of mentions indicates the total number of mentions that we've tracked plus the number of user suggested alternatives.

rust-analyzer VSCode extension only supports Cargo projects, and doesn't provide intellisense for single rust files
I'm surprised no one has mentioned this yet, but this is supported in rust-analyzer with rust-project.json. See this example
