I don't know if you are aware of ruff-lsp. It was created to provide the code actions. This could make your pyright + ruff combo work just fine with code actions without pylsp.

I've been reading several posts about how to just use pyright and ruff... but I feel like there is a lot of things missing for a nicer experience. For not selecting the venv I'm using workon.
